  • Dustin Long from NBC asked Harvick about his mental toughness and how he is able to maintain that through a long winless streak

  • Denny Hamlin had probably the strongest car on the day, but a couple penalties on pit road put him in the back and he never got a caution to make that time up. He was asked postrace whether the mistakes his team has made this season are troubling.

  • Bubba Wallace finished second. After the race he took a long time to get out of the car, and when he finally did he took off his helmet and knelt next to the car with his head down and stayed there until crew chief Bootie Barker came over and had a few words with him. Afterward, Bubba was asked why he was so emotional
